ELMessenger Pro | Notes

ELMessenger Pro allows you to keep notes on your contacts.  Using Notes you can keep track of important details about individual contacts, and access that data with a single click.

If you are a premium user, Enhanced Notes allow you to send messages to contact using campaigns and automation.

Enhanced Notes use # to identify keywords in your notes.

What you will need

Steps to Complete

1. Select the contact
2. Choose the note icon
3. Add your note
   

Enhanced Notes

By using # in front of a keyword in your note, you will be able to target that keyword like you would a tag with Broadcasts, Campaigns, and searches.

Example: #interested in a note will allow you to target people who have expressed interest in your services without requiring the same tag.

What you can do now

• Send notes to a Google Sheet.
• Create a Pipeline.
• Send a message to contacts with enhanced note.
