ELMessenger Pro Engage is a tool that allows you to automate and track your CTA Posts on Facebook.

Engage will automatically reply to people who respond in the comments of your engagement and CTA posts on your Personal Facebook Profile as well as in groups you are an admin of.

It will automate the responses to Keywords and Non-Keyword replies and send an optional DM based on their responses.

If you are using the CloudKii® CRM you can trigger campaigns and workflows based on interaction with specific posts.

That means if a person replies to a CTA post with a chosen Keyword. ELMessenger Pro will automatically Like the comment, reply to the comment and tag the person who commented. It will then follow up with a DM instructing the person requesting information on the next step in the process.

Be it Join a Facebook Group, Download a PDF, Attend a Training, or anything else you want to share with them.

Using the CRM integration you will be able to follow up with an email, SMS, Digital Voice call, or schedule an appointment trigger based on what post they interact with.
