ELMessenger Pro uses Tags as a stage of a pipeline. Each tag has its own set of messages, and functions.

The Tagging system is the centerpiece of ELMessenger Pro. Tags are "multi-functional" in ELMessenger Pro. This article will briefly describe the different types of tags and how they can be used to save you or your VA time.
Basic users can use 3-Tags.
Premium users can create Unlimited Tags. Click Here to upgrade your account.
Create your first tag
- Open the ELMessenger Pro Extension
- Select "Add New".
- Add the tag name, color, and choose priority settings.
Think of tags as stages of your sales process. Each tag has its own message templates and campaigns.

Default Tag - ELMessenger Pro has a default tag that you can edit. The default tag is a tag that is automatically applied to a new contact in the messenger unless you have selected a specific tag using Post Friender, Group Friender, or Engage.
Priority Tag - Priority tags are tags that show up at the top of your list of tags for "quick reference." Using priority tags will help you find tags that are important in your daily activities, handling your leads while they are ready to purchase will have a positive impact on your conversion rates.
Pipeline Tag - (Advanced) Pipeline tags are tags used to trigger events in the CloudKii® CRM. More in a later lesson on Pipeline Tags.

Cold Lead - Move a person who engages with you to the "cold lead" tag where your canned responses, probing questions, and campaigns can warm up this pre-qualified lead.
Warm Lead - Move a person who expresses interest in your offer to the "warm lead tag. Messages should be geared toward gathering more contact information, such as their email address or phone number.
Hot Lead - Hot leads are ready to buy your offer now.
Outreach tags are generally the first tag that is applied to a person to start your relationship-building process.
Group - General tag for group outreach. It starts the conversation, has pre-written messages related to the specific group or common group you have with the person.
Post - Post tags are used to build messages sets related to a specific niche. Targeting sponsored posts where your audience would interact with your content.
Niche - Niche-specific tags used for general Niche farming.
The more targeted your introduction tag sets are the more conversations you will create and the more people will see your content and engage with you.

Framework Tags - Tags you create to share with your audience. As a CloudKii® Partner, you can resell ELMessenger Pro to your audience. Creating a Framework can help you add more value to your offer and close more sales.
Engage Tags - Engage tags to respond specifically to a person based on their reply to your Engagement posts. If they respond with the Keyword, ELMessenger Pro will trigger a specific reply, and if they respond with something else, a different message can be triggered.
A DM can also be sent to a person responding to your posts.
The training on Engage will provide you with a BONUS Framework to set up your first Engage tags.
Win-Back Tags Sets - Tagging a person who hasn't interacted with you to create engagement before removing them.
