You can access your Billing information in the application in 2 places.
The first place is in the extension itself by:
Step 1. Select the 3 lines at the top right.
Step 2. Select the Billing
Step 3. You can manage your account
The 2nd Place can be found in the back office:
Step 1. Select Backoffice
Step 2. Choose Your Profile Icon
Step 3. Select Manage Subscription
Q. I paid for access. Why does my "$ Billing" tab say I don't have an account?
A. You may have been billed by a 3rd Party, and access is granted from their end. Check Your receipt of purchase.
Q. Can I Cancel my account before I'm billed?
A. Yes, you are in control of your billing account. You can update your credit card information and/or cancel future billing at any time you like.
⚠️ IMPORTANT! The Billing Tab works with CloudKii® billing accounts. If your Receipt says QwertyFace Media LLC, you can manage your billing from the "$ Billings" tab.
