ELMessenger Pro | Creating a Broadcast Message

Creating a broadcast message in ELMessenger Pro is beneficial if you want to send a message to a group of people.

You can target a tag group or Enhanced Note Keyword.  

What you will need:

• Tag or Enhanced Note
• Message Template

Sending a Broadcast from Messenger

Step 1.  Select the "Menu" and choose "Automations"

Step 2.  Select your broadcast settings.
- By Tag or Enhanced Note
- Choose the message template
- Select the interval you want to send each message
- And choose if you want to assign a new tag after the send

Step 3.  Select "Start Send"

Sending a Broadcast from the Back office.

Note: Backoffice sending allows you to target specific people in the tag group.

Step 1.  Search for the tag you want to broadcast.
Step 2.  Select the contacts you want to receive your message.

Step 3. Click "Automation to "X" Contacts"
